Diffusing oils during school…

We’ve recently added a diffuser to our home! What’s a diffuser you ask? It’s this really neat machine used to put your essential oils out into the air you breathe! Its amazing. You add in some water, few drops of your favorite essential oils and turn it on. It will automatically shut off (after around 4 hours!!) when it runs out of water for your safety! This one also lights up like the rainbow, going through so many different colors! You are now getting one of the many benefits of CPTG oils!

We have it sitting right on our small bookcase that we use to house our school books in our dining room.

Heres the blends we use:
During school- 2 drops of peppermint & 2 drops of wild orange. Its a focus, alertness blend that works great for keeping K & M on task with their lessons.
After lessons- I’ve been putting 4 drops of On Guard in there. On Guard is doTERRA’s blend to help boost your immune system, great for keeping sicknesses at bay! We have also used Purify, their cleansing blend. It helps to clean the air. The other one I imagine we will be using alot, Breathe. This one has already knocked congestion out of the park just by inhaling it out of the bottle!!! I can only imagine the benefits of using it the diffuser!
In the evening- right now I’m putting 3 drops of Lavender in there to help calm everyone down. I’m planning on adding Serenity to my collection soon!!
